Present:            Julie Bagozzi, Mrs. Axford, Jennifer Beneteau, Tricia Mastro, Julie Harder, Lynn Dakin

1.     October minutes were read and approved.

2.     Treasurer’s report – Current balance of $2,061.86.

3.     Halloween Dance went great and we collected 102 pounds of food

4.     Santa Shop

a.     Thursday, December 9, 2010, at St. Joseph’s hall and we are going to be getting more space this year

b.     Tricia has seven confirmed crafters and is looking for more

c.     Tricia to contact Judy to post ads for additional crafters

5.     Teacher Christmas Gifts

a.     Mrs. Axford indicated that the teachers needed working pencil sharpeners for their classrooms and we agreed to purchase; Julie Bagozzi to pick up

b.     More discussion to come at December meeting

6.     Julie Bagozzi to talk to Mr. McCarney about scheduling open house at WCCS

7.     Discussed in-school field trips

a.     Need suggestions/ideas

8.     Family dance suggested for spring activity
