Parents Club

St. Joe’s Parents Club Was formed in January 2008 to help the ease the financial commitment of the parish to the school and to bridge the existing gap between the school and non-school parishioners at St. Joseph’s. The parents who belong to St. Joe’s and who have students attending WCCS are automatically enrolled in the St. Joe’s Parent Club. Each parent has a financial responsibility to the church and is required to volunteer their time and talents.

The St. Patrick’s Parents club consists of St. Patrick Parishioners whos children attend WCCS and/or Gabriel Richard High School.  It's an automatic membership once your child is enrolled in WCCS/GR, you're a club member. We have a annual meeting. We fundraise for the church to help with subsidy.  We hold a Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner "St. Patrick’s Day Party"  in March.  We raise money by parking cars in the church's lots during the Wyandotte Street fair. Our recycling bin draws in a monthly check depending on the tons of paper recycled per month.  Club members also volunteer hours selling scrip after mass every other weekend,  working at the Spring Fling Festival and various other church activities. Parents are asked to volunteer 20 hours of service and each student 20 hours of service.  All money raised is given to the church as a  "Christmas Donation".

Board Members are:

Michele Reitmeyer, Tom Elsesser, Lydia O'Callaghan, and Patricia Mastrogiacomo.
